Our resource page

Families caring for neurodivergent loved ones, including people with autism, intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, or other cognitive and developmental needs, often face the same difficult question: where do we turn next?

This Resources page was created to offer a helpful starting point. It brings together organizations, programs, and services that may assist families looking for guidance, support, recreation, fitness, therapeutic programming, social opportunities, respite, and practical ideas for everyday life.

Our hope is that this list helps families discover safe, welcoming options that respect each person’s abilities, interests, communication style, mobility needs, and sensory profile — while also giving families new possibilities, encouragement, and a little relief from feeling that they have to find everything on their own. Open a category and click on each item to learn more.
